At TCG Chasers, we take pride in supplying authentic, sealed trading card products.
Due to the nature of collectible items, our returns policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
β RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns on the majority of products once they have been delivered.
This is because:
- Trading card products can be tampered with once opened
- Product value can change immediately after opening
Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
β οΈ EXCEPTIONS (ELIGIBLE CASES)
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photo evidence
π« NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products
- Items that have been used or tampered with
- Products not in original condition
- Any item returned without prior approval
β³ ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- After this period, if the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible

If your return is approved:
- Contact us with your order details
- Provide photo evidence of the issue
- Wait for confirmation and instructions
Do not send items back without approval β unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 3β7 business days for the refund to appear
